Kids / Cadet 2003 Western Regional Petition Form
Freestyle and Greco-Roman

Any wrestler wanting to petition onto the Kids / Cadet Western Regional Freestyle or Greco Roman team will need to complete the form at the bottom of this page and follow all directions on the Western Regional Eligibility Letter. Mail this form, the other forms required and any fees required to:

Send Cashier's checks or Money orders only. Make them payable to Washington State Wrestling Association or WSWA - NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED – THEY WILL BE RETURNED UNPROCESSED.

Petitions will only be granted to those with a valid reason. You should also attach any supporting documentation for the petition. Understand that not all petitions will be accepted. Directors will determine acceptance of petition. All decisions are final.
