Pre-registration for 2011-2012 Washington WSWA Freestyle events

Wrestlers, Coaches, Officials and Clubs,

 
Information below regarding pre-registration for 2011-2012 Washington WSWA Folkstyle events.
 
All State Championship events are mandatory pre-registration. All other events allow registration at the door, but you will pay a higher entry penalty fee if you do not pre-register.
 
Note: ***IMPORTANT *** All deadlines for pre-registration are 5pm Pacific time (do not use the Central Time listed on trackwrestling - subtract 2 hours from CST to get Pacific time).
 
All registrations normally close on the Thursday prior to the event.
 
To ensure you are pre-registered, go back to the pre-registration page for the event you want to look at (where the flashing red/black Register Now button is and click on the Wrestler List link on the right side of page and make sure your wrestlers name is listed for each style you are wrestling. If not, you did not complete all the screens on the pre-registration and you need to either do it again or login to the existing incomplete registration by putting in your invoice number and password.
 
When you pre-register, you do not pre-pay - you will pay at the door when you pick up your pre-printed weigh in card. Also pre-registering does not mean you have to make the weight you register. Your weight will be changed automatically after you weigh in to the correct weight class. If you want to move a weight class, this must be declared at the scales. NO movement of weight classes after you leave the weigh in area.
 
You must wrestle for a sanctioned USAW club or Unattached. If you do not see your club on the list and it has been sanctioned, send me an e-mail and it will be added.
 
NO USA Athlete Cards are sold at any WSWA State Championships. Make sure yours is purchased prior to pre-registering and you must have a copy with you at the tournament for both registration and again at weigh ins.
