*** Information regarding Pre-Registration for the WSWA 2010-2011 Freestyle / Greco Roman Season

Information below regarding pre-registration for 2010-2011 Washington WSWA 2010-2011 Freestyle / Greco Roman Events.

All State Championship events are mandatory pre-registration. All other events allow registration at the door, but you will pay a higher entry fee if you do not pre-register. There are no out of state athletes allowed to complete at any of the State Championship events.

Note: ***IMPORTANT *** All deadlines for pre-registration are Pacific time (do not use the Central Time listed on Trackwrestling - subtract 2 hours from CST to get Pacific time).

All registrations normally close on the Thursday prior to the event at 5pm Pacific time.

The only two exceptions to this are:
1) The Twin City 3-Style event registration deadline is Wednesday, March 16th, 2011 at 5pm Pacific time (not Thursday).
and
2) The Tom Shaw Memorial NW Cadet and Junior Regional event in Battleground deadline is Wednesday, March 23rd, 2011 at 1pm Pacific time

Pay attention to the deadline dates and times for pre-registration.

To ensure you are pre-registered, go back to the pre-registration page for the event you want to look at (where the flashing red/black Register Now button is and click on the Wrestler List link on the right side of page and make sure your wrestlers name is listed for each style you are wrestling. If not, you did not complete all the screens on the pre-registration and you need to either do it again or login to the existing incomplete registration by putting in your invoice number and password.

When you pre-register, you do not pre-pay - you will pay at the door when you pick up your pre-printed weigh in card. Also pre-registering does not mean you have to make the weight you register. Your weight will be changed automatically after you weigh in to the correct weight class. If you want to move a weight class, this must be declared at the scales. NO movement of weight classes after you leave the weigh in area.

You must wrestle for a sanctioned WSWA club or Unattached.

NO USA Athlete or Coaches cards are sold at any WSWA events. Make sure yours is purchased prior to pre-registering and you must have a copy with you at the tournament for both registration and again at weigh ins.
