2) You must send in all Folkstyle sanctions no later than October 15th in order
to be processed
3) You must send in all Freestyle and Greco Roman sanctions prior to December

and pays the fees will receive that date
4) You must send in proof that you have a current year’s pairing official and a
current year’s mat official in your club. You need to mail in a copy of their
membership cards with your sanction. This is a by-law and will be enforced.
5) Your facility must meet safety requirements to hold your event.
6) Weigh ins for all events will be from 7-8am on Saturday mornings on the day
of the event with wrestling to begin at 10am unless otherwise posted on the WSWA
webpage. Weigh ins will not go any longer than that timeframe. The head mat and
pairing official have been instructed to leave the event if the club host cannot
follow policy. If the organization learns that the weigh ins went longer than
this timeframe, then the board will meet to discuss sanctions on future
tournaments for that club. A pairing and mat official will be assigned to
monitor weigh ins for each event and will close the weigh ins and pull
registration cards at 8am sharp.
7) USA Cards must be purchased online prior to an event. If a wrestler or coach
does not have his/her card with them when they register for event, then they
will be required to purchase another at the event with no refunds. Cards sales
at events are not encouraged. If a wrestler is practicing in your room – per
your charter they must have a card. So they should already have them prior to
the events.
8) $2.00 per entry for each tournament goes to the state into a National team
fund. You must mail this money with a copy of the count sheet from the pairings
room to our Treasurer, Mary Douglas within 2 days of your event or sanctions may
be held against your club. Her address is:

you get in touch with the Karen Ebel or Tony Arredondo to find out the correct
amounts.
10) Foreign Athlete cards are the same price as other athletes at events.
11) Card sales at events must be faxed to Sherry Bullard within 1 day of the
event in order to be processed online. The fax number is (360) 297-1695. You
must also send in the original and money that same day. Ensure the faxes are
readable and contain full birthdate and e-mail addresses. Use the online forms –
not the blue and white sheets – they fax in a readable format. Send in $40.00
per card sold at events (same as online cost of processing).
