All USA Card for Washington State are
purchased online – there are no cards sent to clubs – Get your cards early in
case of any problems that need to be worked out with your online record. Cards are available for purchase September 1st
of every year and are good through August 31st of every year.
Instructions for purchasing or renewing
your athlete or coaches card online:
If you are purchasing or renewing multiple cards (more than one wrestler or
coach in the family) you need to ensure that you have logged out of the first
account before attempting to login to the next account. There is a separate login for each wrestler
and coaches account.
1. If you have never purchased a card
online click on this link,
https://webpoint.themat.com/wp/Memberships/Join.asp
select Washington for the
state and follow the instructions:
If you get to the end and have entered your credit or debit card information
and the program comes back to you in error and states that you are already a
member, then you have a record in the database from a previous year and need to
get your login information and login to your account in order to purchase your
card. Your credit card has not been
charged at this point. If this happens,
follow #3 instructions.
2. If you have purchased a card online
and remember your password and login id, click on the following link,
https://webpoint.themat.com/wp15/IntraLock/Login.asp
You will type in your
login id and password and then login to your account. Once logged in, you can click on My Account on the left side of
the page, then click on the Membership Info tab at the top of the page and
finally click on the +Add/Renew button on the right side of the page and follow
the instructions to renew your card.
3. If you have purchased a card online
and do not remember your password or login id you need to request a login. The instructions for doing this are as
follows:
If you purchase a card at a tournament, a card will NOT be sent to you.
You will need to go to the following web page:
https://webpoint.themat.com/wp15/IntraLock/Login.asp
Click on Request a Login. Follow the
instructions and a login and password will be e-mailed to you. After you receive the password via e-mail,
you will need to go to the same web page:
https://webpoint.themat.com/wp15/IntraLock/Login.asp
and Click on Member
Login Type in the user name and
password exactly as you had it when you were e-mailed the account
information.
Make sure you follow lower and upper case letters or it will lock you
out.
Once logged in, you can click on My Account on the left side of the page, then
click on the Membership Info tab at the top of the page and finally click on
the +Add/Renew button on the right side of the page and follow the instructions
to renew your card.
Printing your USA Card again:
If you have lost your card you can now re-print it online by doing
the following:
When you get logged in, click on My account on the left side of the
page and when the next screen comes up, click on the tab called Membership Info
and it will bring up the card purchase history. Then you will then click on a little square that looks like
a white piece of paper:

When that comes up, it is the confirmation from the purchase. You
can print that out and your USA Card will be on the forms.
