If you purchase a card at a tournament, a card will NOT be
sent to you. It is better to purchase
your card and print it online prior to attending the event. The card costs much more at an event than
online.
You will need to go online and print the card and waiver 3-4 days after the
tournament:
You will need to go to the following web page:
https://webpoint.themat.com/wp15/IntraLock/Login.asp
Click on Request a Login. Follow the
instructions and a login and password will be e-mailed to you.
After you receive the password via e-mail, you will need to go to the same web page:
https://webpoint.themat.com/wp15/IntraLock/Login.asp
and Click on Member Login
And type in the user name and password exactly as you received it in the
e-mail.
Make sure you follow lower and upper case letters or it will lock
you out.
When you get logged in, click on My account on the left side of the
page and when the next screen comes up, click on the tab called Membership Info
and it will bring up the card purchase history.
Then you will then click on a little square that looks like a white piece
of paper:
When that comes up, it is the confirmation from the purchase. You
can print that out and your USA Card and waiver will be on the forms.
You will then logout of that account.
Send the waivers to me ASAP to clear your account:
