2006-2007 Membership Fees

Club Charter Fee $125.00 (does not include insurance fees)

(Example – if you want a club charter and want to insure one school district the cost will be $145.00. If you want to insure 2 school districts, the cost will be $165.00. 3 school districts and the cost is $190.00. If you fill out the Additional Insured paperwork, add $10.00 for each district you fill it out for in addition to the costs above)

Certificate of Insurance $20.00 each up to two (2)

This is for each line you list on the bottom of the charter

Use school districts and not individual practice sites

If you run out of line list more on an additional piece of paper

(Required with Charter Fee Payment)

Additional Site Insurance $25.00

If insuring more than 2 sites or districts

Certificate Of Additional Insured $10.00

Only fill this additional paper out if your school asks for it.

Competitor Membership Fee $39.75 purchased online only

Coaches Membership Fee $44.75 purchased online only

Foreign Athlete Card Fee Same cost as USA card at events

Event Sanction Fee $100.00

Includes State, Local, Regional and National tournaments held in our state.
