  1. Only send club checks in payment on your account – do not send members or individual checks or they will be returned to you.  Make all checks payable to Washington State Wrestling Association or WSWA.  Do not make them out to Sherry Bullard, USA Wrestling, etc…
  2. Please remember you are responsible to verify birth dates for all your club members and carry their birth certificates in case of question.
  3. A club will be charged the WSWA bank overdraft fees for any checks returned for any reason.
  4. Each site (line item) on your club charter is $20.00 up to two (2) sites.  Any more than two will require an additional $25.00 for each site above 2.  This means that if you have two sites listed on your charter you will owe an additional $40.00 on top of the normal club charter fee.  Pleas ensure that you list the school district on the line and not just an individual school.
  5. All local tournament holders are responsible for sending in $2.00 per entry to WSWA.  This money goes towards the National Teams.  All State Championship events will need to send in $5.00 per entry fee plus ½ the cost of the State Medals.  This does not go towards the National Teams – but towards operating expenses.
